Jetplex Circle Business Park Madison, AL
Jetplex Circle Business Park (JCBP) has served the space needs of Huntsville and Northern Alabama since 1987. We over 30 tenants in 9 buildings with about 330,000 SF of space and 40 acres of property.
In 1986, JCBP acquired 7 acres on Jetplex Circle in Madison, AL and developed 113 Jetplex Circle, a 45,350 SF multi-tenant building. In 1990, we constructed 117 Jetplex Circle, a 30,600 SF multi-tenant building, and in 1999 we added 115 Jetplex Circle, a 29,700 SF single tenant building.
In 2000, we acquired 16.7 acres of land on Production Avenue which is contiguous to our Jetplex Circle property. We also constructed Production Count into the center of this property to provide access and frontage for the development of the following buildings:
- In 2001, 495 Production Avenue, a 21,200 two-story office/production/storage building;
- In 2002, 1003 Production Court, a 36,300 multi-tenant office/warehouse building;
- In 2003, 485 Production Avenue, a 48,950 SF multi-tenant office/warehouse building;
- In 2006, 1015 Production Court, a 23,100 SF multi-tenant office/warehouse
- In 2006, 1021 Production Court, a 33,00 SF multi-tenant office/warehouse
In 2007, we purchased the 42,500 SF multi-tenant office/warehouse at 500 Production Avenue, adjacent to our other properties.
Also, in 2007, we added 19,600 SF to 495 Production Avenue, making the entire building 40,800 SF.
We also own two parcels of land for future development:
- 5.3 acres on Production Avenue, directly across the street from FedEx’s Huntsville distribution facilities;
- 3 acres on Production Court between 485 Production Avenue and 1021 Production Court
JCBP is located in the heart of the Huntsville/Madison growth corridor. We have easy access to I-565 and I-65, regional roads such as County Line Road, Madison Blvd and US-72, as well as Huntsville International Airport. Our properties are also across the street from the FedEx Air and Ground service centers and are 2-3 miles from the new Toyota/Mazda and Polaris plants.
