Jetplex Circle Business Park, (JCBP) has served the space needs of the northern Alabama since 1987. We have over 25 tenants in 10 buildings with about 335,000 SF and 42 acres of property.

We acquired 7.0 acres on Jetplex Circle in Madison, AL in 1987 and developed 113 Jetplex Circle, a 44,360 SF multi-tenant building. In 1990, we built 117 Jetplex Circle, a 30,600 SF multi-tenant building. In 1999, we built 115 Jetplex Circle, a 29,700 SF single tenant building. In 2000, we purchased 16.7 acres of contiguous property on Production Avenue for future development. This property is adjacent to the property on Jetplex Circle. In addition, we constructed Production Court into the center of the property in order to provide access to and frontage for the rear buildings.

In 2001, we developed a 21,200 SF building at 495 Production Avenue for MaxVision Corporation. In April 2002, we built 1003 Production Court, a 36,300 SF multi-tenant building and in 2003 we completed 485 Production Court, a 48,950 SF multi-tenant building. In February, 2006, we purchased 500 Production Avenue, a 42,500 SF multi-tenant office/warehouse next to our Production Avenue property.

In August of 2006, we completed two new tilt-up concrete, fully sprinklered office/warehouse buildings: 1015 Production Court has 22,700 SF with 20' clear ceiling height; and 1021 Production Court has 33,000 SF with 24' clear ceiling height. In 2007, we purchased the 4,200 SF building 1.8 acre lot at 105 Jetplex Circle. Both the building and lot have been substantially improved since our purchase.

JCBP now has 10 buildings with about 335,000 SF of office/warehouse space to serve our tenants. We own for future development 8 acres of property on Production Avenue immediately across from the FedEx Ground Delivery building. Combined with 3 acres of on Production Court, we have about 11 acres available for future development. We welcome inquires for built-to-suite or multi-tenant space.

Our buildings have attractive store-fronts and landscaping with fully paved and lighted driveways, parking and service courtyards.
